Title: Proposal for rule templates.

Rule Templates.
Please find attached a proposal for “rule templates” for DEXs and capabilities. The first sheet gives an overview of the rules identified in relation to the DEX D000 “DEX Template”. The second sheet gives an overview of the proposed rule categories.

The rules are related to “instantiations” and “specialization” of capabilities, see attached Word document. See DEXLib Introduction for definition of “instantiation” and “specialization” of capabilities and DEXs.
