Comments:

 

1. Connection information is out of band.

 

2. Steps 1 and 2 on lines 292 and 293 aren't necessary.

 

3. Step 3 should be more specific, request information should be request id.

 

4. The rest of the steps imply asyncrhonous communications, but this one should most likely by synchronous, no?

 

5. Should there be any mention of what status information is available? Is it just "pending", or are there other states that can be returned?
