[provision] Latests revs of the SPML Schema...

Attached are the latest revs of the SPML Schema. These versions have the changes from the 3/10/03 concall. Those changes include:

 

1)       Added a secondary error code to the core schema

2)       Batch requests are now optional. All operations can be made atomically.

3)       The search request and the schema request have been removed from the batch request and can only be made atomically.
