Folks

In accordance with OASIS TC process and in light of our recent decision
to move (what is now) the draft 16 spec [1] to committee spec status, I
must certify that each of you has been provided with a copy of the OASIS
Policy on Intellectual Property Rights.  This policy is clearly
published at [2].  Please review this policy and state any issues or
claims to the public list.

(BTW, this is the standard IPR policy used by all other TC's at OASIS,
noting new.)
