I like Dan's format; however I argree with the numbering problem.  Does it make sense to turn the method tables into number'd items?  That way, attributes have a 3-level number with the title Attribute (e.g., X.X.X Attribute ID) and methods would be a 3-level number with the word Method. The work load on this would be heavy; perhaps Farrukh would want to share the wealth in doing the conversion?
