Farrukh,

I'd like to add to this the ability to use ebXML assembly mechanism
to describe the validation rules and structure permutations, and 
also a requirement to report a specific error message on 
the reason for the error - not just a generic "Invalid content".

I can provide Nikola with a copy of the latest ebXML assembly
internal draft spec's [actually I think I already did - but I'll make
sure he reads it this time and call me with questions ; -) ]

Also this is a nice re-use example - since assembly for core
components is an obvious external service for a registry
to provide - and this can also be purposed to validate
content too.
