Your ontology seems usable.  Its rather difficult to comment substantively without knowing whether it is a private or public ontology and what the rules and focus of the ontology is.
 
I am not sharpshooting you .  My UNSPSC and data dictionary experience tell me with some extra information its an easier call inot only of whether it works or not but also whetehr its viable in intent as wellas scope:-)
