Please do not respond to this if you agree.  Just do it!

Yesterday's TC meeting, up until the discussion of Hal's agenda
item, was refreshingly civil, and I began to feel we might
actually be able to make progress in this TC after all.

May I ask ALL members to observe the following debate
requirements from Roberts Rules:

- confine yourself to the question immediately before the assembly
  and avoid personalities
- do not reflect upon any past act unless intending to move
  amendment or reconsideration of that act
- do not arraign the motives of a member, although the nature or
  consequences of a measure may be condemned in strong terms
- don't feel you have to get in the last word [I added that one :-)]
