Yes, that was intentional.

Thanks for the catch. We are allowed to update the cover page after the 
CD vote, so this can be fixed after the vote (assuming that CD04 is 
approved).

For the list of issues applied between CD03 and CD04, please see the 
revision details in the appendix. The issues listed there are the ones 
that would be closed if CD04 is approved.
