AI #0021 (chairs to follow up with Mary to post the CD docs to OASIS repository)

Regarding AI #0021 (chairs to follow up with Mary to post the CD docs to
OASIS repository):

The OpenCSA Liaison Sub Committee (LSC) is currently in the middle of
resolving the issue related to specification filenames and
Latest/This/Previous Version URI for the various specification files. I
think the SCA BPEL TC should wait until the LSC resolves this issue
before submitting the CD documents for uploading to the OASIS document
repository.
