Subject: [NEW ISSUE]: Section 7.1 of the Java CAA Specification is unclear

Raiser: Mike Edwards
Target: Java Common Annotations and
APIs specification WD-03
Description:
Section 7.1 of the CAA specification
describes the Component Context API.
This API has several methods with various
parameters and return values.
The descriptions of these methods are
all very brief and do not adequately describe preconditions,
postconditions, nor adequately describe
the parameter values and return values for the methods.
The lack of clarity and detail means
that implementers and users of the API cannot be sure what is
expected from each method.
Proposal:
None at present.
Yours, Mike.
