Respectfully, this group is not chartered to work on the future of the 
SRU spec. It is chartered to work on the future  of OASIS Search-WS spec .
 From what I have seen so far there is some confusion between the too 
activities within some members postings.

This effort should consider SRU as an input and not as a rubber stamp of 
SRU as OASIS standard.

I feel that Ray's message is fine the way it is. Thank you.
