Hi,

	I could be the Security Services TC liaison to the W3C XP Group (if there
are no other volunteers). I assume we would need to describe the XP binding
(among others like HTTP,ebXML, SOAP et al) in the bindings section of the
specification - which could be another separate document.

	Also, we should add the XML DSig effort (even though, at the moment, I
think the XML DSig and XML Encryption are under a single group)
