Acknowledgments (again)

I am trying to update Appendix A (Acknowledgments) of the document
"Metadata Extension for SAML V2.0 and V1.x Query Requesters":

The ballot for moving this document to Committee Specification closed
on May 22 while the passing of the ballot was announced on May 23.
How do I determine who the voting members were on that date?  (Note
that the SSTC held a regular meeting on May 22, so the list of voting
members changed subsequent to that date.)
