Subject: Re: [soa-eerp] Re: meeting time and frequency
Informal discussion in a few minutes - usual numbers, usual time. We'll
keep this brief, primarily talking about work planning for the next
week. Increasing frequency may be a burden, particularly if we start tonight; I will (unless there are objections privately or to the list) set the next meeting, on April 29/30, to start one hour earlier. If people want to talk (not as a TC meeting without a vote first) today/tomorrow (April 22/23) I might be able to open the bridges, but we can't have an official TC meeting. I'll check with the the process to trytomake that workable. The TC voted to concentrate on getting BQoS out first, but there may be some confusion if only one spec is visible at a time. I believe there was consensus that the three specs should be worked on, but that there are significant issues (and more issues with Rating and BSLA), so we have to recognize those. Could interested people get together off line to talk about the drafts and issues? I'm think that Hong, Szu Chang, Carl, and me might be a good combination. Also if we extend meeting time, PLEASE SHOW UP AT THE START. We've lost 25-30% of each meeting to people not showing up on time.
