distributed full coverage review comments to section leads

All,

I believe I just finished distributing comments to all section leads. If you are a section lead and have not received one or more emails from me, please let me know. I have asked all the leads to review submitted comments and indicate if these can be incorporated as stated into the Gold Copy. If there are any comments which are not acceptable, I’ve asked the lead try to reach resolution with the commenter.

Finally, as discussed during the last call, I asked that this be completed by next Wednesday’s call.
