Frank,

I like the reorg.  One suggestion is to promote Architectural Implications to 3.3.

I will not have time to look at the reshuffled text before our call.  However, I hope we can approach this to put the minimum Social Structure Model in 3.1, i.e. only that which is necessary to make the relevant SOA points in 3.2.  

I realize I'm asking for work, but could you provide one or two sentences for each 3.x.x that captures what that section is supposed to accomplish.  That would give us a concise overview of what we're trying to say and a grounding for changing things in one section when we know how the change will affect other sections.
