There have been enough of you who have said you could attend at the
suggested time, so I have scheduled a conference call for our first
meeting.

Wednesday, 20 February, at 12 noon EST (5:00 pm GMT).

The agenda for the first call is:

- roll call, brief introductions
- Select a chair and other volunteer positions (secretary, editor, etc.)
- Review, revise, and accept a charter and process (I will send out a
straw man in advance)
- Determine a strategy for project completion
- Set a meeting schedule, agenda for upcoming meetings, ask for meeting
sponsors
