[stdsreg] action items

Please note in the meeting minutes just sent out that there are two
action items:

Action 10/1: Everyone please send to this email list a list of pros
and cons of various SDOs that the StdsReg specification could possibly
be submitted to. Also, what should we bee looking for in an SDO? what
are the requirements? (Some participants have already sent comments;
everyone else please feel free to contribute.)

Action 10/2: Everyone please send to this email list a list of
requirements for the approval process. What are the steps that we
should take to review and approve the StdsReg specification?
