TA Model: what goes at the head of a TA?

In looking at UML there is a third main category of the UML Model,
relating both to Foundational structures and dynamic Behaviours.
It is the aspect which deals with modules and the like (Model
Management).

I suggest we reflect this aspect (for alignment with the UML and
because we emphasize it in the supporting reference material) in
the head area of the TA - alongside aspects like pre-requisites
and the TA identifier - since it might relate to the grouping of
TAs into a list or lists. I propose we have some cross references
to identifiers or names of specification modules, profiles, etc.
How about a 'Specification Module Cross Reference' and also a
'Specification Profile Cross Reference' along with a 'Specification
Comment' which could include information on whether there is any
derivation, extension or deviation from the Spec referenced. All
optional.

Maybe there needs to be something like that at TA level too.
