Question: Does the namespace need to be changed to have the format
'.../ns/...' found in other OASIS namespaces?
http://docs.oasis-open.org/specGuidelines/namingGuidelines/resourceNaming.html#NamespaceDesign
seems to suggest so. In this case we need to change the namespace. I have
used our existing namespace in the present draft of the Namespace Document
for the Test Assertion Markup Language. Ito looks like the new namespace we
need to use for (potential) committee draft 1 should be
'http://docs.oasis-open.org/ns/tag/taml/201001'.
