If these are agreed at ballot for committee draft and public review
there are just a few changes the TC would also need to agree to
be done as editorial changes to create the CDs and PRDs:

1.
change dates to the dates of the approval (in titles/headers and in
the footer)

2.
change 'Draft x.y.z' to 'Committee Draft 1' for model/markup
    and 'Committee Draft 4' for guidelines

and the similar corresponding changes for public review drafts

3.
change the filenames as follows:

guidelines:
testassertionsguidelines-cd-04.odt (also .pdf and .html)

model:
testassertionsmodel-1.0-cd-01.odt (also .pdf and .html)

markup:
testassertionmarkuplanguage-1.0-cd-01.odt (also .pdf and .html)
testAssertionMarkupLanguage-v1-cd-01.xsd

and the similar corresponding changes for public review drafts


4.
add URLs for 'This Version:' in the titles/headers

I think that's all the changes needed if the drafts are approved.
It may be the OASIS staff will point out and maybe help with
any other editorial changes required/allowed by the TC process.
