1. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
    1.1 APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES

2. TA GUIDELINES PUBLIC REVIEW COMPLETION

The Public Review of TA Guidelines CNPRD01 ends February 15.

MOTION: To submit the TA Guidelines CNPRD currently under Public Review ending February 15 to the TC Admin for initiating a CN ballot, unless some comments are posted about this CNPRD before the PR end date.
  Moved by Dennis, seconded by Kevin.  Approved by unanimous consent.

3. NEXT STEPS FOR TA MODEL AND TA MARKUP

Jacques created a spreadsheet document that tracks statements of use and the coverage of conformance clauses: <http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/tag/document.php?document_id=45054>.

There are three statements-of-use for the TA Model.

There are currently two statements-of-use for the TA Markup.  Jacques is still checking on what others may have done some work with TAML.

The advancement of the two Committee Specifications as Candidate OS will not be done until the TA Guidelines CN01 is approved and available.

The current idea is to progress the two Committee Specifications together although they remain two separate specifications.

Jacques discussed the overhead of putting them together into a single specification and getting statements of use for the combination.  There is also the possibility of advancing the TA Model ahead of the TA Markup.  No action is taken at this time.  The current approach is to see what happens in the course of having TA Guidelines CN01 established.

4. FUTURE MEETINGS

The next meeting is expected to occur in mid-March.
