What I've tried to do is maintain a link with the structure of Peter's TGF Framework,showing all the major sets of the process, and how the different components and actors interact. Having consulted with Nig and Peter, I think this is yet another "not-really-a-reference-model"! But it might nevertheless be helpful as part of the story in some way, showing how the components in the overall TGF interact with the key stakeholders mapped out in Nig's diagram. It's darn hard trying to pigeon hole these things and have it understood the world over..but down here we might call this a form of Context diagram.. But I don't think that's quite right either. Maybe it's a stakeholder diagram Whatever, I think it greatly helps folks understand the inter relationships between the 'bits'..
