Even if the only recommendation is to further study the issues
presented! One of the driving factors in setting up the XTM group was
Miche's forceful (and in my view correct) advocacy of the importance of
face-to-face meetings. Any opportunity to bring any part of the XTM
group together face-to-face is therefore to be encouraged, since it
will enable to group as a whole to make progress more rapidly when we
are all able to meet together.

Surely there are some issues (requirements, for example) that can take
place in parallel with developing the formal data model?
