I'll post the paper to this group after I check with GCA about any
copyrights they might be claiming on it as part of the conference
proceedings.

The original proposal was for a face-to-face meeting at OCLC, but schedules
could not be resolved to allow that, so we are doing teleconferencing/IRC
sessions as long as they seem productive.
