Yes, thanks Tony. In Swindon I described part of the current status of 
this process, as Sun has been involved in that effort. Microsoft does
not have a URN registration, as I don't believe *anyone* does at this
point. There must be an IETF RFC posted for each request, and I've not
seen one from Microsoft. Norm Walsh tried nwalsh.com and I believe he 
was turned down, but both OASIS and Sun plan to apply, and are currently 
in the process of doing so. We'll see how difficult this really is.
