[xtm-wg] ANNOUNCE: update to XTM repository home page (new temporary DTD; link fix)

All,

The XTM repository home page has been updated, with revisions lists on
the revisions page, resp.:

  http://www.doctypes.org/xtm/home.html
  http://www.doctypes.org/xtm/revisions.html

There have been some minor updates to the 0.9 specification, but not much
to speak of; we're still churning spewage.

Today there was a Very Long Conference Call that included both chairs and
members of what-where-the-subgroups. This left the DTD in tatters, which
will be resolved tomorrow in Yet Another Long Conference Call. The current
DTD online represents a temporary product that includes new element types
as discussed during the telecon, but does not represent the consensus of
those on the call. This should be emphasized so that nobody begins any
development based on it, ie., it's not as solid as previous DTDs.

I've also fixed the broken link to the Dallas minutes.

Please let me know of any mistakes, broken links, etc. as always.
