[xtm-wg] Introduction and Question

My name is David Steinberg.  I work for the Canadian government's 
international development aid agency CIDA. I have been closely 
following the development of XML and the very limited success of 
RDF.  I attended the recent New York workshop.  I am quite excited by 
the prospects for XTM over the next few years.

My question is -

Does any member of this group know of organizations related to 
international development that have shown an interest in Topic Maps 
or RDF?

I ask this question because it would be much easier to get my 
organization to take an interest in Topic Maps if I can demonstrate 
that comparable organizations consider it to be a useful approach.
