Yesterday I fixed these links and simplified the TopicMaps.Org home
page, which I found a bit confusing (ie., it didn't need direct references
to the specs, just a reference to the page containing references to the
specs, the "XTM Home Page").

I'm going to improve the navigational clues on these pages over the next
few days. Any further broken links, please let me know.
