[xtm-wg] XTM Implementations

hi,
	I am a newcomer to this technology(Topic Maps),and I find this
technology really great and  interesting,but is all that is put forth here
really practically possible?Are there any such implementations which
really depict the power of Topic Maps with XML?
	Forgive me if you feel this is blunt
