[xtm-wg] Friendly amendment to MOTION: Charter revision - maximum duration of non-face-to-face votes

I support this motion, but would like to amend it by adding the
following sentence after the word "issued": "Votes shall be posted to
the entire list."

Since voting may take place over an extended period, and people can
change their votes, it's nice to be able to track how the vote is
going. This motion is intended to make email voting more face to face
like.
