RE: [xtm-wg] Friendly amendment to MOTION: Charter revision - maximum duration of non-face-to-face votes

The charter says that votes may be cast by email to the list, voice on
telephone or at face-to-face meetings.  So your proposed amendment would
invalidate the last 2 methods.  If you agree, Sam, please withdraw your
amendment.
