[trans-ws] Interest in Trans WS

CGS are a multi-lingual vendor in the software localisation space.

We are interested in developing automated, workflow driven solutions that
will allow us to reduce our time to market, reduce costs, improve
throughput and engineer productivity.  I see web services as being a key
component of this approach, as the goal I described above will ultimately
boil down to a systems integration exercise, with many diverse integration
points - to the client, the MLV and the ultimate translation vendor, as
well as various tools & technologies that these different partners use.

I would like to see this TC address not just the issue of web services in
translation, but also the whole area of workflow and integration of web
services.  Of particular interest to me at present is BPEL4WS (Business
Process Execution Language for Web Services), which appears as if it will
become the dominant workflow definition language for web services (as it is
backed by both IBM & Microsoft).
