Tim:

1. The text on the TC's pubic page is a combination of dynamic 
information from the Kavi database and static HTML. You can modify the 
content for "minutes", "press", etc. by sending new text and 
instructions to the webmaster. Such things as events, new documents, 
etc. are modified using the Kavi functionality.

2. Re: openness and sharing of information, we're still tweaking the 
sharing settings, and obviously don't have it quite rights. There's no 
change in philosophy; we aren't trying to restrict anything. We just 
need to figure out the right settinngs.
