Carlos, Short answer: The document are the same as in the normal supply chain process. Long answer: The exact documents to use and the use of the “party’s” depend on what kind of reverse supply chain situation you have. Let’s assume the most “standard”
situation. Party A has ordered items from Party B (UBL Order document from Party A (Buyer) to party B (seller) Optional: Party B send a Order confirmation to Party A (UBL OrderResponse from Party B to Party A) Party B send the goods to Party A (UBL Despatch Advice from Party B to Party A) Party A receives the goods from Party B (UBL Receipt Advice from Party A to Party B) Party B sends an invoice to Party A (UBL Invoice document from Party B to party A) Party A looks at the goods … and determines that they are not good enough … Now there are various options … let’s say that Party A calls Party B for an RMA Party B send a (return) Order to Party B (UBL Order document from Party B to Party A) Party A sends the goods to Party B (UBL Despatch Advice from Party A to Party B) Party B receives the goods from Party A (UBL Receipt Advice from Party B to Party A) Party B sends a Credit Note to Party A (UBL Credit Note from Party B to Party A) But there could also be other variations .. (“buying back the goods”, directly receiving the goods at party B’s warehouse without return order

Hi,
Can some explain o indicate where can I found Reverse Supply Chain Logistics diagrams in UBL documentatiom? or what are the UBL documents to represent the use case when a customer or buyer return
a product that have failed or when the customer return an item because It isn´t what he has buyed.
What are the documents in UBL that represent the return of this products from the buyer for the seller?
