[ubl-lcsc] RatRose UML models from spreadsheets

The latest are attached: these are updated to match the spreadsheets as
they were at end of Friday 24 January. There are three Class Diagrams,
as the relationship between object classes changes as the transaction
passes through the three principal states Ordering, Fulfilling, and
Invoicing. There are three versions, Powerpoint .ppt, .jpg and .gif. If
anyone wants the equivalent RatRose .mdl files, just ask...
