For the Financial account and the Reconciliation of payments - yes this is
an absolute must. It is actually not that different from some comments I
gave in early days! So from my point of view - and I can back this with as
many real business examples you want - we should accept these two comments!

Denmark. The headlines are: 
* Some thoughts on how the eGov review team can contribute
* Reconciliation of Invoice problem
* Identification of Payer/Payment for reconciliation of incoming payments
* Mandatory TypeCode in FinancialAccount 
* RequestedDeliveryDate and PromisedByDate should have
representationTerm="DateTime" and not "Date"
