The latest version (030707)of the UK OGC eProcurement model, schema,
examples and documentation can be downloaded from www.abies.co.uk.

I have not attached it to this mail as the zipped file is rather large
(about 5Mb) and seems to be rejected by some firewalls for reasons that are
not entirely clear.

There is also a browsable HTML version of the UML model.  A revised
requirements specification, intended for less technical readers is in course
of preparation and should be available within a couple of weeks.
