What we need at this stage is a review of the UBL 0.8 data model.
The only inputs we will be able to consider in Montreal are
specific comments on specific aspects of the model, preferably
with specific recommendations regarding the changes (if any) that
will need to be made to the model in order to support government
procurement requirements.

The purpose of the Montreal meeting is to finalize the data model
for UBL 1.0.  We are relying on the people assigned to this
activity to tell us, based on their extensive experience in
government procurement, what we need to add or change in Montreal
in order for UBL 1.0 to support their applications.

   I have not attached it to this mail as the zipped file is rather large
   (about 5Mb) and seems to be rejected by some firewalls for reasons that are
   not entirely clear.

   There is also a browsable HTML version of the UML model.  A revised
   requirements specification, intended for less technical readers is in course
   of preparation and should be available within a couple of weeks.
