Perhaps this is the discussion I missed of the OOTB choice for *-Use-*.

I'll leave it to the business folks in LCSC to conclude the correctness of 
the matching.  Intuitively it makes sense to me, but I'm the geek not the 
subject matter expert.  That is why I just added all the UNeDocs code lists 
I could find to my test suite because they were there, not because I knew 
there was a role for them in UBL.
