Note that it is now required that Committee Specs submitted to OASIS for 
consideration as an OASIS Standard must be formatted in the 
OASIS-approved templates mentioned by Eve. (See item #1 of 
http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.shtml#approval_standard )
