Subject: Re: [ubl-psc] UBL Procurement Subcommittee Meeting - Monday, 3 October 2005
Hello Tim and Martin, I am copying this to Carol Geyer at OASIS. She already has the English version of the press release and some contacts to follow up with in Sweden. I think rather than a translation of the ppt she might prefer to just contact you directly. The work with defining the subset is described in a powerpoint-presentation. Unfortunately it is only available in swedish. I can translate it if you think it would be of use? ppt: http://www.svefaktura.com/SFTI_Basic_Invoice20041108_EN/SFTI%20Basic%20Invoice_1.0/doc%5Cintroduction%5CSvefaktura.ppt All documents http://www.svefaktura.com/SFTI_Basic_Invoice20041108_EN/SFTI%20Basic%20Invoice_1.0/index.html /Martin Forsberg ________________________________ From: Tim McGrath [mailto:tmcgrath@portcomm.com.au] Sent: Mon 2005-10-03 09:14 To: Martin Forsberg Cc: ubl-psc@lists.oasis-open.org; jon.bosak@sun.com Subject: Re: [ubl-psc] UBL Procurement Subcommittee Meeting - Monday, 3 = October 2005 This is marvellous news. Is there a document that describes = "Svefakturan" as a UBL document? Martin Forsberg wrote: Hi, Unfortunately I can't attend the conference call tomorrow, but I have some positive news from Sweden. When we met in Brussels I talked about the Swedish adoption of UBL. I've attached a press-release that was published last week. It is the Swedish National Financial Management Authority (ESV) that recommends the government to use the "Swed-invoice" (UBL-Invoice 1.0 Subset). Approximately 250 public authorities are going to use the invoice-standard for all incoming and outgoing invoices. The subset is already the recommended standard in the rest of the public sector.
