I have not yet addressed my list of action items as I assume they are 
more important for packaging than for schema testing and the demands 
on my time have kept me from working on them:

      - the updated code list templates (action: Ken)
      - the entities genericode file (action: Ken)

Please let me know if you find anything amiss.  Hopefully this really 
is now turnkey on my part as I did not find the need to adjust 
anything for the button to work first time this time around.
