Subject: Definitions in WD8 that begin with a lower-case letter

I note the following definition entries in WD8
begin with a lower-case letter. To be consistent
with other definitions, perhaps they should be
revised to begin with an upper-case letter.

Fixing these may in fact introduce duplicate
definitions not found earlier because of case
differences ... I'll run the duplicate report
again once all these have been addressed.

To ease the effort in editing the changes, the
list is ordered alphabetically by module, then by
row number, and indicates the UBL Name and object class for reference.

Note that this particular report has revealed
that some definition lines have been messed up,
as in rows 3 and 4 of TransportationStatus ...
those two lines of definition do not belong where
they are. This was found by chance, and I'm not
sure how we could find other occurrences of this kind of mistake.

I hope this helps.
