UBL Guidelines for Customization -- Public Review Draft

Hello UBL TC,

The UBL Guidelines for Customization, Version 1.0, appears to be
ready to go out for its second Public Review, which we've decided
will be another 60-day review.  Please see the draft at

Note that there will be further opportunities to revise this draft
in light of comments received during the public review period.

If you are a voting member of the TC and you object to the
approval of this document as a Committee Draft and submission of
this draft for a second OASIS public review, please signify your
objection by mail to the UBL TC list no later than COB Tuesday 21
April 2009.  If you have no objection to approving this draft as a
Committee Draft and beginning public review, do nothing.
