Thank you, Ken. Cecile mentioned at this week's meeting that the pre-award SC have some additional code lists to add. She will post them to the TC mailing list. I'm keeping the item on the agenda as well.

    Accordingly, I've gone with the same list of code lists from UBL 2.2 
    (where changed) and I've updated them to the latest versions as of

    Before the final release of UBL 2.3 I will run the process again to
