Hi Jim,

 Sorry, but no, there is no provision for "proxies" - it's all tied up in the
IPR Policy. If Jan is unable to afford the individual membership and you feel he
is a valuable contributor to the TC, you can petition OASIS to provide him with
complementary membership, but he must still sign the membership agreement and
agree to the IPR Policy terms.

Scott McGrath (scott.mcgrath@oasis-open.org) can provide you with more
information if needed.
