Subject: Groups - WS-CalendarNonNormativeOverview01.pdf uploaded

Short Fuse: Please review this proposed appendix for inclusion as an
appendix into WS-Calendar. This work is based upon the explanation of
WS-Calendar that I wrote for EMIX that I shared with the TC on Friday.

If we accept this appendix, then we can eliminate more background from te
Specification (Good) and simplify how people approach the spec.
