ALERT! - Vote for Committee Specification XACML 1.1 - Tomorrow 7/10 - All members please attend

Please attend the TC concall tomorrow. We will be voting on XACML 1.1 as a
committee spec and we need 2/3 of the TC to pass it.

We will also discuss whether to submit XACML 1.1 to OASIS for approval as a
standard (after a public review).
